- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for about 6-8 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning.
- Layer half of the flour tortillas at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spoon half of the seasoned ground beef over the tortillas. Add a layer of black beans, corn, and a handful of cheese blend.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients: another layer of tortillas, beef, black beans, corn, and cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
