  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Honey or maple syrup can be alternatives.
For the Noodles and Greens
  • 12 ounces Ramen Noodles Substitute with udon or soba if preferred.
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach Kale or bok choy can be used.
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (for garnish) Chopped cilantro can also be used.
  • 2 Soft-boiled Eggs (optional) Omit if not desired.

Cooking Steps
  1. Season the beef chuck evenly with salt and pepper, then place it in the slow cooker.
  2. Top with sliced onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger, spreading evenly.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and water, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar, stirring gently.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, ensuring the beef is tender.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot, then drain.
  6. Stir in baby spinach into the slow cooker just before serving, allowing it to wilt.
