- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Arrange your cooking space and lay out all ingredients.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef ribs on all sides for 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate pot, heat oil, then sauté onions and garlic for 3-5 minutes until translucent.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, chipotle peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place seared beef ribs in a roasting pan and cover with the sauce mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
