  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce adjust amount to taste
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded or cubed; rotisserie chicken is a great shortcut
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded variety, divided for topping; cheddar can be used
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced for garnish; can use chives

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook the ziti pasta in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, milk, and ranch seasoning. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in finely chopped celery, onion, and hot sauce. Add half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese and mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the cooked chicken and ziti pasta until well-coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
