- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried herbs until smooth.
- Cut the bread into cubes, place in a bowl, pour the egg mixture over, and gently fold in bacon and cheese.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
