Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking materials by greasing a loaf pan or lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Finely chop the onion and crush the crackers into a sandy texture.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined. Reserve half a cup for topping the meatloaf.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, chopped onion, ginger, crushed crackers, and garlic powder. Mix gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it evenly. Spread the reserved glaze over the top.
  6. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
