Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Combine 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter with 3 cloves of minced garlic in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, ½ teaspoon of dried thyme, ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the wings and gently toss to combine.
- Spread the wings out in a single layer on the baking tray.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, basting with pan juices at 30 and 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
