  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne
  • 0.5 tsp Thyme
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
For Thickening
  • 0.5 tsp Xanthan Gum or guar gum
For the Broth
  • 1-2 cups Chicken Bone Broth or vegetable broth

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by dicing the bell pepper, onion, and celery. Cut the sausage into rounds and prepare the chicken thighs. This prep should take about 10 minutes.
  2. Place the prepared vegetables, chicken thighs, sausage, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and spices into the slow cooker. Pour in the chicken bone broth and stir well.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  4. About 20 minutes before serving, add in the frozen shrimp, stirring gently.
  5. Once the shrimp are cooked, keep the slow cooker on warm until ready to serve.
