Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Dice the red potatoes into small, even pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 16-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté for 10-15 minutes until deep golden brown and tender.
  3. Increase skillet heat to medium-high and add ground beef. Smash down for even searing; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
