Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine raw almonds, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, dried rosemary, curry powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the nut and seed mix and stir thoroughly to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow cooling completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Transfer cooled nuts into an airtight container for storage.
