Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on one half of the baking sheet.
  3. Coat broccoli with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on the other half of the baking sheet.
  4. Roast chicken and broccoli for about 15 minutes, or until starting to brown.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together hot sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, paprika, cayenne, and butter until smooth.
  6. Drizzle half of the honey buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
  7. Return baking sheet to the oven and roast for another 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and green onions before serving.
