- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on one half of the baking sheet.
- Coat broccoli with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on the other half of the baking sheet.
- Roast chicken and broccoli for about 15 minutes, or until starting to brown.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together hot sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, paprika, cayenne, and butter until smooth.
- Drizzle half of the honey buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
- Return baking sheet to the oven and roast for another 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and green onions before serving.
