- In a small measuring cup, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, the juice of one lime, and 2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning until well combined.
- Cut the top sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes, place in a medium bowl, and pour the marinade over. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
