Step-by-Step Instructions for Fajita Steak Kabobs
  1. In a small measuring cup, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, the juice of one lime, and 2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning until well combined.
  2. Cut the top sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes, place in a medium bowl, and pour the marinade over. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F to 400°F). Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated steak cubes onto soaked skewers, alternating with bell peppers and onion pieces.
  5. Place assembled kabobs on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove kabobs from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with tortilla shells and guacamole.
