Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika to make fajita seasoning.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss chicken tenders, sliced bell peppers, and onion with olive oil and the fajita seasoning.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly across the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Switch to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Remove from oven, warm the tortillas, and assemble the fajitas.
