- In a bowl, combine beef strips with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat peanut oil in a wok over high heat. Add sliced onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Push onions to the side and add marinated beef strips. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 30 seconds. Pour in oyster sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in sliced bell peppers and stir until just tender, about 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
