- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
- Divide beef mixture into eight equal balls, form into patties, and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Flip patties and cook another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Lay butter-side down on the grill.
- Sprinkle cheese on one half of each tortilla, add cooked patties, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and more cheese.
- Fold tortilla over the filling and grill for 2-3 minutes, pressing gently.
- Flip and grill the second side for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, let rest for a minute, then slice into wedges.
- Serve warm, optionally garnishing with lettuce, ketchup, and mustard.
