  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook it until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let it steam off.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef or sausage, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spaghetti, marinara sauce, browned meat, and half of the cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the spaghetti mixture into a bundt pan, shaping it to mimic brain folds and grooves. Press gently to hold form.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover the spaghetti with remaining cheese and drizzle a little marinara sauce on top.
