Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the rim by mixing coarse sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with tangerine, dip in the mixture, and fill with ice.
  2. Combine pomegranate juice, tangerine juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice, admiring the vibrant colors.
  5. Top with a splash of ginger beer if desired, and stir gently.
