Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the boneless chicken thinly and combine with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry marinated chicken in batches for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add sesame oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, and dried red chilies for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add ketchup, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, adding water to adjust thickness.
