Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Spinach Dip Pinwheels
  1. Begin by finely chopping the water chestnuts to achieve a satisfying crunch in your Spinach Dip Pinwheels. This should take about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and well-drained spinach, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix. Mix these ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the finely chopped water chestnuts and bacon pieces into your creamy spinach mixture. Mix gently for another 2 minutes.
  4. Spread a quarter of the spinach filling over each spinach tortilla. Start rolling the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  5. Once rolled, wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap tightly and place them in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and use a sharp knife to trim the ends of each roll. Slice each roll into 6 pinwheel pieces.
