- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter, then whisk in the eggs until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until just combined, leaving a few flour streaks.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool in the pan on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, use white icing to decorate as mummy wrappings and add candies for eyes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the icing before serving.
