Step-by-Step Instructions for Stained Glass Cookies
- Prepare Dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
- Chill Dough: Divide the cookie dough into two equal discs, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.
