Cooking Steps
- Cook noodles by boiling salted water and adding noodles, cooking 4-6 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add chicken thighs in a single layer, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet on medium heat for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Return chicken to the skillet, pour sauce over, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, and toss with chicken and sauce for 1-2 minutes until coated.
- Remove from heat, serve hot, and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes.
