Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar, and heat until simmering. Then remove from heat.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked meatballs and gently roll them to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
