Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. In a small saucepan, combine honey, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar, and heat until simmering. Then remove from heat.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over the baked meatballs and gently roll them to coat.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
