  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
For the Sweet and Spicy Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup use maple syrup for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce ensure gluten-free if necessary
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder adjust to preference
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley or cilantro chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the prepared glaze over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat thoroughly.
  5. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro and serve warm.
