- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the prepared glaze over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro and serve warm.
