Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse chicken wings under cold water and dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add beaten egg. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare flour batter by mixing flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, chili powder, pepper, and Sazon in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour oil in a deep pot and heat to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Dredge wings in batter and let rest for another 10 minutes.
  5. Fry wings in batches for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Blend sliced mango, melted butter, and habanero until smooth. Simmer with BBQ sauce and sweet chili sauce.
  7. Toss fried wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
