  • 1 cup Pineapple fresh or canned

  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Toss to coat and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. While the shrimp is marinating, peel and core the pineapple; cut into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add the marinated shrimp in a single layer and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Gently add the pineapple chunks to the skillet and stir for another 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
  5. Remove from heat, serve with lime juice and cilantro if desired.
