  1. Start by rinsing your fresh cherries, removing the stems and pits for that perfect base flavor.
  2. In a large pot, combine your chopped cherries, bell peppers, and hot peppers.
  3. Pour in apple cider vinegar and add the powdered pectin to the pot.
  4. Turn the heat up to high and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
  5. Once boiling, promptly add your measured white sugar and return to a full boil.
  6. After boiling, remove the pot from heat and skim off any foam.
  7. Using a canning funnel, ladle the hot jelly into pre-prepared jars.
  8. Wipe the rims of the jars and secure the lids tightly.
  9. Process the sealed jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  10. After processing, let the jars cool undisturbed for 24 hours.
