Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven as per the brownie mix package instructions. Combine the mix with water, oil, and eggs, then pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for about 20–25 minutes at 350°F until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Rinse your fresh strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Hull each berry to remove the green tops. Ensure the strawberries are dry before assembly.
- Thread a square of brownie onto a wooden skewer, followed by a strawberry and a marshmallow. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the bottom for handling.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, measure out your semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in short intervals, stirring, until fully melted and smooth. This takes about 1–2 minutes.
- Dip the top half of the assembled kabobs into the melted chocolate or drizzle it over each kabob. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate the kabobs for about 10–15 minutes until the chocolate has set. Serve them on a platter or in jars for presentation.

Notes
Store leftover kabobs in an airtight container and enjoy within 1–2 days. For longer storage, freeze without chocolate drizzle for up to 3 months.
