- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chicken broth, olive oil, dried oregano, ground paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful seasoning blend. Whisk until well combined.
- Place sliced yellow onions at the bottom of your slow cooker. Arrange the boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top. Pour the prepared seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
