Step-by-Step Instructions
- Carefully twist apart your Oreo cookies, keeping the cream filling on one side to make about 12 halves.
- Insert a lollipop stick into the cream side of each Oreo. If it struggles to stay, dip it in melted chocolate first.
- Freeze the assembled pops for about 5 minutes to help the chocolate adhere better.
- Melt the white chocolate and milk or dark chocolate in separate bowls according to package instructions until smooth.
- Dip each chilled Oreo pop into the white chocolate, coating fully and allowing excess to drip off.
- While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle with Valentine's Day sprinkles and drizzle with melted pink or red candy melts.
- Allow the pops to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes to harden.

Notes
Using double-stuffed Oreos ensures creaminess and smoother assembly. Keep pops in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
