Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic in a food processor or blender. Pulse on medium speed until it starts to coalesce, about 30 seconds.
  2. Continue to blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt or more lemon juice if desired.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and use a spoon to create swoops and swirls on the surface.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the top, sprinkle Aleppo red pepper flakes, and add chopped parsley or mint for garnish.
