Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix together chipotle powder, brown sugar, and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub this mixture all over the salmon fillets.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  3. Combine shredded red cabbage, diced oranges, and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Mix until evenly distributed and set aside.
  4. Blend fresh cilantro, minced garlic, sliced jalapeño, mayonnaise, and lime juice until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
