Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Juice fresh oranges and limes into a medium bowl, ensuring to remove any seeds.
  2. Finely chop the yellow onion, and mince the garlic and ginger.
  3. Season the chicken fillets with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken fillets for 5-8 minutes on each side.
  5. Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger in the same skillet until onions are translucent.
  6. Stir in honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and juiced citrus mixture. Simmer gently.
