  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumble before adding
  • ½ cup Walnuts Chopped; substitute with pecans or omit for nut-free
For the Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 1 medium Lemon Juice Use fresh juice

Method
 

Preparing the Salad
  1. Trim the ends off the green beans and boil salted water. Steam beans for 3-5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender, then transfer to an ice bath.

  3. Once cooled, combine green beans, feta, and walnuts in a mixing bowl. Drizzle vinaigrette over and toss gently.
