Method
 

Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the fresh orange juice and orange zest until well blended. Add rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Whisk for about 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated and smooth.
  2. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if needed, adding salt and freshly cracked black pepper to enhance flavors.
  3. For a different texture, blend all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds until creamy. Add sesame seeds afterwards for crunch.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. Shake or stir well before each use.
