Step-by-Step Instructions for Shirred Eggs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Generously grease a 6-ounce ramekin with unsalted butter.
  3. Pour a splash of heavy cream into the greased ramekin.
  4. Crack the large eggs gently into the ramekin.
