  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened; can substitute with dairy-free cream cheese
  • 4 oz Smoked Salmon Can substitute with smoked trout or fresh bell peppers
For the Roll Base
  • 1 large Cucumber English cucumbers preferred
For Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning Can swap with garlic or onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Optional for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice cucumber lengthwise into thin strips using a mandoline or peeler.
  2. Pat cucumber strips dry with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
  3. Spread an even layer of cream cheese over each cucumber slice.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the cream cheese.
  5. Place a layer of smoked salmon on top of the seasoned cream cheese.
  6. Carefully roll up each cucumber slice to encase the filling.
  7. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Once chilled, slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve.
